Service is very slow. Serves only one operator. The rest walk something, do something ... Well, as always.

Girls work very slowly, serving people when sending / issuing parcels, paying bills. When I came to the branch there were two operators, one was already serving the client, the other was printing something there. A woman stood in line in front of me and waited another 10 minutes for the second operator to decide to serve her. When all her questions were finally settled, I asked the operator to ask for the parcel from China if it had already been delivered to the branch, so I was told "wait until your turn comes when the first operator is released." I waited another 15 minutes for the second operator to finally ask for the parcel. In general, I waited for it all 30-40 minutes. Incredibly slow service, hire new employees to make it all faster
