There are young, competent staff, polite, prompting, quick answers. I watched the picture many times, when people themselves do not know what they want, asked "why their parcel takes so long", but not even knowing if it was sent. From this I think the negative about this department. I want all branches of Ukrposhta to be like this, because I myself have a lot of negative experiences, especially because there are people who should have a well-deserved old age. However, due to a rather low pension, they have to work, even because of force.

very dissatisfied with the service of this department! Called the branch - asked if there was a letter that should have come to me - they said, "Yes, there is a letter - come and pick it up" After 30 minutes I arrive, and I am told, "Your letter is gone" I ask, "WHY, when I called you 30 minutes ago, you said there was a letter, I came - there is no letter" To which I was replied: "Oh, this is probably our postman picked up the phone and may not understand your question" That's such a UkrPoshta, service 0, do not value people's time at all, very disappointed!
