I want all branches of Ukrposhta to be like this, because I myself have a lot of negative experiences, especially because there are people who should have a well-deserved old age. However, due to a rather low pension, they have to work, even because of force.

Called the branch - asked if there was a letter that should have come to me - they said, "Yes, there is a letter - come and pick it up" After 30 minutes I arrive, and I am told, "Your letter is gone" I ask, "WHY, when I called you 30 minutes ago, you said there was a letter, I came - there is no letter" To which I was replied: "Oh, this is probably our postman picked up the phone and may not understand your question" That's such a UkrPoshta, service 0, do not value people's time at all, very disappointed!
