ISIDA Medhorodok

My wife delivered at ISIDA. This was our second child and before we delivered at "Roddom #7" in Kyiv. According to my wife, ISIDA personnel were very attentive to her and eagerly sought to meet her needs and wishes. It was comfortable with clean facilities and modern furniture/tools. She had an emergency Caeserean surgery, but was well taken care of. She was completely satisfied (especially by the food and nurses) by their care and recommends a 5. I give a 4 because I was not satisfied by their care, from a father's side. At ISIDA, you are treated as a number or a sick patient, not a person and although we paid for a dual-post delivery room to stay with my spouse and child, the room was unavailable and we had to wait a day. It was also difficult to stay because there was no system or open cafeteria for family members staying or visiting (except a small cafe that almost always was 70% out of stock). There is no policy to be able to choose a doctor, and the doctor could change depending on what time of day you come in and how long your labor progresses. I felt that the doctors and nurses left us alone for a long time during the labor and would come in only to see us every few hours. The hide information and you have to sign a million documents to obtain medical records, even as the spouse. It feels that they are hiding something and they could have done something wrong, but they will not show or give notes from the doctors or nurses.

Thanks to this clinic and these doctors, I want to have children! I am immensely grateful to everyone who was involved in watching my pregnancy and childbirth! Here I felt that they took care of me, that the doctors really want the best result for me! I warmly remember my observation of pregnancy, childbirth and every minute in the postnatal department. I want to thank Oleg Omelyanovich Danilkiv for his super-professionalism and easy childbirth, for the confidence that everything will be fine with me and my baby. Special thanks to Kushch Alla Vasilievna, Stepanova Tatiana, midwives Valentina and Oksana Bondarchuk and everyone who took care of us! Ishida, you are the best! Thank you very much!! ❤️

I want to thank the ISIDA clinic for its incredible attention, atmosphere, friendliness and professionalism !! Doctors and their assistants are mastodons in their field. They have always been in touch with me, they know how to calm down and adjust to positive thoughts. Along with my doctor's recommendations, I am sure that everything will be fine with my child and me. I would also like to express my special thanks to the girls at the reception - the professional girls. Friendly, polite, kindly answer questions and solve all the nuances that arise as soon as possible. Thank you Isis-Livoberezhna for the opportunity to easily endure pregnancy and become a happy mother with you❤

I want to say thank you to the doctors and all the staff of the clinic, who were with me for all 9 months and with whom I gave birth to my baby. I watched the pregnancy with Vilga Irina Nikolaevna, gave birth to Vitaly Viktorovich Zinchenko. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the midwife who was great support for me during childbirth. Also thanks to neonatologists, breastfeeding consultants. I am happy that I chose Isis and for the second only to you))

Pumping out money! There is no individual approach. And if there was an emergency, they don't know how to save. Themselves call an ambulance to be taken to rescue in the state maternity hospital. And they have nothing to do with, Isis "in the house." I strongly do not recommend the Isida clinic.
