Awful hospital. Very dirty inside and very stinky there. Unpleasant soviet doctors.
I will not start an interesting story, how my kidney colic started, the ambulance arrived, said that it was definitely not a stone, but an infection, and they went on ... they didn't give me an injection or a painkiller. I drank all the painkillers I had and according to the result 0. The second time the ambulance did not come, although I assured that the pain was terrible, they said that they could not help - it was an infection. Three times HA.
At 5 am I arrived at Oleksandrivska Hospital myself, she is the only one who works around the clock (the other clinics didn't even pick up the phone) and there is a urologist on duty. Minus - they spend a very long time "interviewing" what exactly happened (40 minutes), and then they call a doctor and all this needs to be told to him. When a stone comes out, every minute of that pain kills. Plus - immediately do a urine test. The doctor did an ultrasound, prescribed a painkiller and offered to stay in the hospital until the morning (as all doctors and a more detailed ultrasound can be done from 9.00) or go home and then return. I didn't want to stay, so I came again around 10 am.
After an ultrasound in the morning, I was sent to the doctor - urologist Didkivsky Yuri Ivanovich. I am surprised that there are no reviews about him on the Internet at all, although the doctor is a professional!
Uzi showed that my stone (1 cm) was stuck and needed to be crushed. The doctor quickly organized everything, passed the tests, was admitted to the hospital and at about 5 pm underwent surgery under general anesthesia. I woke up in the ward, in an hour you can get up, the doctor told all the information about rehabilitation and what could happen. The wards are clean, tidy, polite staff and delicious food)) I have a weakness for hospital food (I know - it's weird)))
The next day I was discharged, the doctor was constantly in touch and responded immediately to any questions.
I have had kidney problems for more than 3 years, I visited many urologists, but I liked this doctor the most. Everything is clear, fast, professional and can support in the most nervous moments)) I will definitely recommend it to everyone.
This is the best hospital in Ukraine. When I got to the cardiac surgery department, the first thing that caught my eye was perfect cleanliness. All staff working there respect themselves and the people who asked for help. I have always seen the friendly attitude of people in white coats. Communicating with the head of the department Klyuzko Viktor Mykolayovych and cardiac surgeon Boyko Mykola Mykolayovych, you understand that I got to the place where human life is saved. These people are endowed with high professionalism, deep intelligence, golden hands, patience and humanity. These are really doctors from God. Administrator Lenochka, I don't know her last name and patronymic, a kind, sincere, energetic girl who will explain everything and direct it in the right direction. Cardiologist Tetyana Oleksandrivna is also endowed with high professionalism. The senior nurse is a physician from God, her humane attitude to patients and their relatives cannot be forgotten. And what kind of care for the operated people in the intensive care unit, the staff day and night on their feet. They seem to raise people from that world. All of you are the pride of our nation, I meet such staff for the first time in Ukraine. I am sincerely grateful to you for saving my mother's life. Be all healthy. May God protect you all.

In early December, he was admitted to Oleksandrivska Hospital with a difficult form of covid. I sincerely thank all the medical staff, thanks to whom I have fully recovered and I enjoy life again. I would like to express special gratitude to doctor Olga Vladimirovna Demchenko. This doctor works in the department almost around the clock, always in touch with patients, attentive to any complaints, gives advice to loved ones who also have the code, and whose health patients are more worried about than their own. Encourages those who fall into depression (covid contributes to this), lifts the spirits and restores patients' faith in life. Treatment is always accurate and tailored to the needs of each person, all advice is valid and whoever follows them, he recovers quickly. Immediately arrange a visit to patients with doctors of other qualifications if there are comorbidities, or even just suspicion of them. Such a highly qualified and human doctor can be completely trusted with health and life.
God forbid I run into this place, especially on a day off !! The man had a stroke, first put in a "sorting" room, where the contingent wants the best. Relatives were pushed out the door as quarantine. After lying down for a day, the doctor came in once and connected the "magnesium" once without measuring the pressure! In order to go to the toilet, they gave a cut plastic bottle, because the ships ran out! 21st century! And there are still positive reviews about this hospital. You can't get anything over the phone or from the doctor on duty. They told to wait for Monday, and it was Saturday. Thank God the man was taken to a private clinic. And during the day he spent in this hospital, his condition worsened. Shocked by this hospital. Staff - dissatisfied hammocks !! If there is an opportunity to apply to other medical institutions, then do just that.
