The worst experience ever

Only cash! But be prepared that your ATM-issued notes will not be accepted by the clinic's person because they are slightly dirty, or something else does not comply with their strict cash rules. You may easily spend 2-3 hours there waiting in queues (lines), depending on how many procedures you need to pass.

In here I just paid money and just in cash! For the NZ VISA I needed and X Ray and they sent me after the payment to via tarasivska 15 to health and happy clinic. Mostly the problem was the X-ray itself in there. First of all the assistant was asking me four times in which office I was going to be visited and few times I answered "in here" and she was treating me like an idiot who can not understand the question. But she couldn't just read or ask if I'm just for the X-ray in there. After that I made my x ray and to me was given the phone and seems like on the phone was the doctor which was asking me few questions without really listening to my answers. Usually a doctor has to show up and talk DIRECTLY with a patient.

Long lines but to be expected as this is only clinic for k1 visa for US embassy in all of Ukraine. They also do medical clearance for Great Britain, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Get there early.
