I would highly recommend Mediland to anyone requiring medical care. The staff are extremely helpful and are very supportive. I am a senior nurse in the UK and I will only use Mediland for any medical needs in Kyiv, superb service. Thank you to Katerina, always very helpful.

Was in the clinic 4 times. Overall satisfied with the specialists, but during the last visit there were strange things. Record through insurance, received an SMS confirmation of the record from the clinic and from the insurance company. I arrived at the appointed time, and at the reception I was told that there was no record, but the doctor was free, so he would accept me. Well, ok ... As a result, the record was at 11:30, at 11:50 I was not accepted yet, as it turned out the doctor was looking at his schedule and from 11:30 she had a window, after my arrival no one informed the doctor about the patient. As a result, my appointment was 10 minutes, because the doctor was in a hurry to other patients. The clinic should improve its internal processes for recording and communicating with physicians. Obviously, if I had not once again asked to ask the doctor if there would be an appointment, I would have left without the services provided, despite the previous appointment and confirmation.

After the diagnosis was made by some individuals of one of the clinics, I thought about doing an operation, but accidentally got an appointment with Yaroslav Sergeevna Kapinus, who dissuaded me and prescribed treatment. After six months of treatment, the problem went away, the pains disappeared, for which many thanks to her. Now I am doing only strengthening physical education, building up a muscle corset for the back. Special thanks to Yaroslava Sergeevna for giving the right advice on time. Now I know for sure that the operation is the most extreme option and if there is a chance to avoid it, then feel free to do it because the back is a lot of nerve endings and the spinal cord ...) All health and convalescence!
