I came to the institute on the recommendation, since this is "the best institute of the heart in Kiev", maybe who was the best in it, it was Amosov himself. Be prepared for the fact that you will be ripped off here as sticky and at the same time they will not even look and hear you what problem you have come with. As it turned out, I ran into an absolutely incompetent doctor who did not even see and could not decipher the diagnosis. It's a shame that I wasted 2 days in this institution.

No money - stay at home and don't get sick! It is necessary to give this slogan to this institution. Everyone earns as much as possible! Without "thanks", nobody needs you! Lie and die, everything! Cosmic sums for operations, besides that every day lists of sheet lengths and of course "thanks" to everyone! At every opportunity! We understand that there is no funding, but nevertheless, with such appetites, we will go a long way !!! People, sit down, count and go abroad for treatment! Same money, but normal attitude!

It is very strange to read the reviews about the indifference of the employees. On the 5th floor, doctors always give advice and help. The nannies and nurses are caring, sympathetic, to everyone with a smile. I was surprised by the attitude of the head physician, pleasant, he told everything in detail, took the time, despite his workload. There were no extortions or bribes. The equipment is at the level. The man on the ultrasound is amazing! Regarding the queue there, you need to understand that there are patients who really need to be done urgently, and therefore they start out of turn. Be understanding! Employees know their job and perform it at a high level. Of course, there are rumors about bribes, but we did not have to pay anything, and from the patients we knew personally, no one paid either. The attitude of the staff towards everyone was great! If suddenly there is a need for treatment or examination - I recommend 100% to use the services of this institute!

The staff and doctors are good, and the administration is huckster !!! Laboratory on Covid "Soltani" - scammers! Do it right next to NeoLab. The hospital will extort more than the law - a request to the authorities! Let them run !!!
