Still same old Soviet style service despite marginal cosmetic improvements. They have updated their working hours however; see photo attached.

"I don't know", "We don't do this", "Call the operator" ... this is what you will hear in response if you want to get a consultation ... make eyes for 50 kopecks, as if I came to church to ask how to send a parcel . In short, a flock of sheep, mentally ill lulls. What can you say here ... the main operator of the country.

Nice branch. Clean, great. The staff is trying, but due to the lack of staff, queues are formed. When young trainees work, things go much faster. Management needs to address issues with working conditions in order to fill in the missing employees.
