Became a completely mess! Once it worked very well with the waiting number system....after "reform" it became the same old idiotic soviet "pig race" to free counters...

Normal service, trying to help, not being rude (as before in other branches) - I was pleasantly surprised, and a huge thank you to the administrator Natalia (I did not remember the middle name, unfortunately), helped to find the international package. Which came, by the way, also on time :)
