Rust is visible above the cold water tub. 3. There are some Drazophila flies in the sauna. 4. And yes, a ladder is definitely needed in a jacuzzi because the height of the side is about 60-80 cm. Good. The staff is ok. The sauna itself, without a shower, is very clean. Plus there is one ultraviolet sauna in the area.

Disgusting service, just the worst impressions made by this institution. We looked at the grades, good. We ordered a bath + jacuzzi with friends for 2 hours on Sunday (01.24) for 8 people. At first, the impressions were good, but not for long! As soon as they entered the room, they saw that the sensor shows that the temperature in the bath is 59 degrees, they immediately called the "administrator", came and said that the bathhouse had been working all day, she said that she would now fix it! VERDICT: 45 minutes, we sat and waited for the bath to heat up to at least 75 degrees. Of course, we expressed our displeasure, to which we were told that they would make a discount. The jacuzzi was also not particularly pleased, since instead of the promised 35 degrees it was 32 (a very noticeable difference) CULTIVATION We left on time, stand at the reception and ask for a discount, since we did not receive the promised 2 hours! We are told that the maximum they can do is to remove the surcharge for 2 people, which supposedly should be paid separately, but on the official website of the bath there is not a word from this. In general, I do not advise you to mess with the word AT ALL, if you do not want to ruin your vacation! People have no idea what the service is, just some kind of village lodges at the reception. If I were the owners, I would better choose people for such a responsible position !!!
