It happened to me to enter in this Tiki Bar because my phone battery was out of charge. I had an important appointement And i asked the favor to charge it at the bar And the staff agreed With kindness and care. Since i believe that customer care is really important for an enterprise i was really pleased by that! Last bit not least i also took and espresso in exchange for thé favour and It was good And for a good price. Really recommended!

Quite strange place. The only thing I liked is that it works 24 hours during weekend..

Cool interior design & theme. There is also a bar/night club in a separate area that has some cool drinks. Unfortunately, service and problem solving is not greatest strength. Someone took my winter coat from the common area by mistake the day before I was scheduled to leave, so I left my contact info with the staff and asked them to call me as soon my jacket is located. I called them 3 times, texted and stopped by twice next day to see if they found it and even stayed an extra in Kyiv so I wouldn’t have to buy another jacket. The owner (Vadim) was pretty unprofessional, didn’t really care or reply to my messages. Ended up calling me after I already left the city even though they had the jacket in their possession for a while. I had to find someone to get it and ship it to me.
