The worst service in the world. Has written them in advance, has specified whether there is the necessary goods. Said that everything is there, come on. Arrived at the address and there are incomprehensible garages. Okay But there is no sign. I also called 6 times on different numbers, and I wrote, so nobody answered me. The work of the store leaves much to be desired. The order for the sled was made about a month ago. At first, no one called back, and after a day I had to contact the store manager on my own. Then a couple of weeks later this same manager fed “breakfasts” that sledges were about to be with them. At the same time, he never called back; he had to periodically remind himself. As a result, when there was no sled yet, in the next conversation it was mentioned that a price increase is possible, although I have a letter in the mail confirming the order and a certain price for it. After this condition, the sledges were found on the same day in the Kid-sport store, they also offered exactly the same goods in Boloto, and I still wait for a call from Time Eco, although the holiday has long passed and the gift was presented.
