We are being treated by Kateryna Serhiivna. This is the best doctor! The saying: "Doctor from God" is about her !!! She approached my daughter from the first minute. She speaks every movement, the child understands what is being done to her and is not afraid. Kateryna Serhiivna is calm and confident, and the child next to her feels calm. She is an extraordinary person and a professional doctor. Kateryna Serhiivna is our sorceress. My daughter says that she is a Tooth Fairy !!! Thank you to the KISS clinic for the nice staff !!! You are the best !!!

I'll make a reservation right away that the assessment concerns exclusively the administrator of this clinic and the attitude towards the client in general, since there are no questions to the doctor at all, the doctor is excellent! 1) Doctor She twice treated caries with Valentina Tarasovna. Both times everything was as comfortable as possible, the doctor explained along the way what would happen, whether it was necessary to anesthetize, etc., did nothing superfluous. The dentist is definitely 5! 2) Administrator The girl at the reception desk greets according to her mood. During my second visit (I came exactly at the right time), she told me that a force majeure had happened and I needed to wait 10-15 minutes, for some reason she decided not to apologize. I sat down to wait. 25 minutes passed and I asked to know how long to wait, to which I received the answer "Just a little bit more", and then after 5 minutes she went to check with the doctor and, upon returning, said that she had to wait another 10 minutes. In total, I waited 40 minutes! At the same time, I told the administrator that I live in two houses and I can just come later, if it takes too long - not a problem, but for some reason I was asked to wait! Then, as it turned out, a force majeure was a patient who came to the cleaning (probably a very urgent problem, since the cleaning was done during my appointment). Here's what I don't understand: - why it was not possible to call me in advance and inform me that there is another patient and suggest another time (another patient is not force majeure!) - why does a girl work at the reception who does not understand at all how to work with visitors and how to behave, if due to the fault of the clinic the patient has to wait 40 minutes for his turn I advise the dentist, but something needs to be done with the organization!

I am sharing my impressions about the chief physician (medical director) of this clinic - Kasyanova Katerina Sergeevna. The whole family visited her - me, a child, and my husband. I have been visiting her for about 3 years. She brought the child at the age of 5 thanks to Katerina's affectionate treatment of the children. What's the bottom line? As a result, the child had a tooth removed in summer, treated by Katerina. A separate story with me - she treated her penultimate chewing tooth from above in February 2020. A month later, the restored part of the tooth began to darken and there were sensations when pressing the tooth - Katerina said this (and showed at the appointment), but she said that it was within norms. Then I found out that Katerina was leaving the clinic where I was served and moving to the Kiss clinic. After a few months, the tooth began to hurt very badly, and it hurt when pressed. I called to sign up, but they told me that she no longer works for them. I raised the issue of reworking under warranty, and Katerina was called to me specifically to retreat my tooth. She removed all the filling and cleaned the channels (by smell - washed with chlorine). It was all summer. Now the tooth hurts again. I went to other clinics and 2 doctors told me that the canals were not properly treated. Now I have an inflammatory process that already affects the maxillary sinus. I made an X-ray and a 3d image. One doctor has already hesitated to take me for treatment or not, as "a very difficult case." In this situation, I only blame Kasyanova Katerina Sergeevna - because of her negligent and disregarding attitude, as well as outright lies, I received a serious neglected problem. I strongly do not recommend this doctor. Do not trust her pleasant handling and smiles. Then you will suffer.
