Pros: there are ready-made application forms, you can fill out while waiting, there are three terminals, one of them accepts payment by card. Cons: small room, three offices, each of which has its own functions. People do not know who needs to go where, there is only one queue, chaos begins under the door of the office. Is it really impossible to hang information on the door to whom and where to go? You can pay through the application, but now this is only possible on iOS, payment does not work on Android. There is a lunch break from 13 to 14. Be sure to take your pen. Evacuators are constantly bringing victims. And it would be okay for all the violators, otherwise they are taking those whom they managed to capture in order to fulfill the day's plan. Lair of jackals.

Payment of the fine can be made without the employees who are in the building on Naberezhno-Lugovaya 4 (disguised under a state style). Using the application "Digital Kyiv" / button "K" / section evacuation / Pay almost 2000 UAH, you will receive a receipt. At the site shows the police a receipt of payment in the mobile application and take your car. It took me a total of 15 minutes. Special thanks to the polite staff who helped to understand the application.

Everything is not for people but against people! I left the house, drove 500 m and the car stalled. He left on the roadside and ran to a neighbor for a rope and to pull back into the yard. Well, my fault is something, but why can't you just block the wheel like in Europe, call, the police come, pay the fine, remove the block and go on, evacuate only when the car specifically is an obstacle ...
