The quality of food is lower than average. However, it's a quiet place to spend some time. I wonder if those two things come out one of the other Would not recommend

Basically a good place to eat, drink and rest. Customers are young, mainly local and not stylish at all. I was there twice. Both times we got a table directly at the entrance. I needed to eat with -10 degrees proofed jacket since the door opened frequently and outside temperature was below zero or below -10. First time we got a different place later. There is a lot of shisha smoke around. Food was ok. Prices were ok. The service was fine. Finally an overvalued place. There are much nicer places in this category.

Cozy environment, but when I ordered a cocktail I received 80% of my glass with ice. A good bar always put no more then 40% the of ice. That's a rule of good service.
