Calling is unrealistic. The fact that you have a time record does not matter to the consulate. For the turn to enter is general and starts from the street. Why then electronic recording is not clear. The person who launches people speaks exclusively Polish, which is very strange. It will be very difficult for people who don’t know Polish to understand what they want from you at all. Only one window works, do you think this is normal? There is a crossed-out telephone sign on the door, how did you know that the phone could not even be reached? The guard when he noticed my phone, immediately began to shout something in Polish and poke at my door. From the incomprehensibility of what they wanted from me, I had to leave without even having time to put on my jacket and with documents in my hands. There is no longer any desire to use the services of this consulate. There is very little information on the site and much is missing. Because of this, fuss is wasted time.

For the third day, I cannot agree on a visit to the Consul. My signature (paid service) is required. But for the third day I hear from the woman from the secretariat that "there is no consul master", "call after 14-00", "call from 8-30 to 09-00". It is very unfortunate that services are not working normally in this place.
