Breakfast only opens at 8 am and takes FOREVER to get Reply to the response down there: thanks for a non-answer answer. I don’t need to provide you with detailed consulting for free, thanks. Your breakfast service is sh** and I don’t recommend anyone to use your hotel because of that.

Nice location, one of the best hotels in Kiev

A magnificent five star hotel. The staffs are extremely friendly and professional. The front desk, restaurant, cleaning and laundry services, everywhere there are first class professionalism. The rooms are wide, neat. The bed is exceptionally large. The toiletries are of good quality. The buffet breakfast has wide varieties in addition to an a la carte menu.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful part of Kiev with walking distance to some historical areas and nice restaurants and cafes including the hotel’s own restaurant on the top floor. Staff are very friendly, attentive and professional. Special thanks to Ms. Liza for exceptional care!
