Having received a positive answer, I took time off from work (knowing that my father had Alzheimer's disease, an ion cannot take pills) and driving through all of Kiev was 11 hours in the designated pharmacy. Presenting the recipe to the first window from the entrance (a woman with glasses and henna-colored hair), asked to let me go of the pill, which I received an answer about the impossibility of this. I was offered to leave the recipe and come in the deadline for receipt. I did that. Two hours later (at 13 o'clock, I asked for leave from work again) I arrived and received an answer from the same woman about the lack of the requested product, to which I asked to return my parents' recipe to me. And then the unforeseen happened - instead of one recipe, they gave me two, and the strangers, without asking me anything, left the room silently. There was no reaction to all my appeals except when her colleague did not call on her patronymic and did not tell her that she .... I have not seen anything like this in my six decades, so I believe that the behavior of the workers of this “opteka” does not stand up to any criticism! Score -NEVER!

After about 15 minutes, 1 window began to work, and the rest were laid down with empty medicine boxes ... In the depths of the pharmacy, some 2 figures in white coats are lazily moving. They don’t respond to my requests to go to the cash register and dispense prescription medicine to me ....... This madness in this pharmacy continues all the time ...... The pharmacy is very large. Kievans practically contain this network, and the leadership of Pharmacy simply spits on us .........
