For the first time I decided to order a parcel to this department, because it is closer to home. As a result, a parcel arrived with a different name. The seller sent the invoice, which he filled out in the mail and it is issued as indicated in the passport, and not with the one that came to the office. Nobody was interested in the waybill, the seller could not even ask a question about the options for solving the problem in order to correct the error and where to send a letter with a request to change the surname, because at least I, as a client, it turns out, should know how and what works in the Ukrposhta system and seller too. The mail hotline does not pick up the phone. The staff behaves rudely. As a result, we decided with the seller to re-send the parcel to New Mail and henceforth I will only contact them. It's better to overpay 10 times than to endure such an attitude, and there is no desire to contact people who do not even meet halfway to solve the problem. I am extremely saddened by this department and the people who work there.

At first there was a good department, everything was fast, friendly staff. But, what now ... It is not clear to me why when a client comes in, he has to wait until someone from the staff deigns to serve him, also with such an air as if you came to their house and asked them to do something. The quality of service is worse than in Oschadbank.

I completely agree with the previous review. At first there was a great department. Now, despite the fact that young guys are working, one negative, if you don't come in constantly screaming, you have to wait until they "deign" to serve you ..
