At the moment, it is a usual Ukrshot with a bunch of queues and the same bunch of unoptimized processes and with not very friendly staff. But there are already positive shifts, for example, they began sending Vyborg notifications of parcels, because they used to wear some shreds of paper that they could not understand at all.
