One of a few places in the area where you can get pretty much everything you need for your water tank. Lots of items available per website though are only available upon request (typically next day).

Sharashkin's office at the scoop level. People who write positive reviews have probably never received real professional service. Or they were just lucky. My order was small, for 800 kopecks plus delivery in Kiev. I live in the EU and the order was a gift. I placed an order on the website, the product is listed as "in stock". Issued at night on 26.01 (in Ukraine it is already 27.01 at about 1 am). I sent the recipient the amount to the card so that they pay off themselves. Today I was told a surprise, the filter was out of stock and delivery was for today. Plus the price for everything turned out to be 1000 with a penny. It turns out that "the supplier raised the price" and the buyer must pay for this. I have never had anything like this here where I live. Finish your order and then raise prices on the site and edit availability. Or cancel altogether. What kind of complaints do you have to even offer to pay more? Poor fellows for 100 UAH so humiliate themselves. It’s not that I’ll spend 100 hryvnias more, but the boorishness and rudeness of a certain Oksana who writes to me “where have you been for 3 days (3 ???) and who are you”. She didn't bother to finish reading my first message where I indicated who I was. And I wrote from the same email as when placing an order. You can deny as much as you like, but your service is shovel.

Не знаю как кому но нам понравилось, покупали рыбок в аквариум девушка подсказала и подобрала. Вполне хороший магазинчик. Всё рыбки живы и здоровы. Большое спасибо.

Perfect place! Probably the only store on the left bank that is open on weekends. They have been very helpful twice already. Good assortment, healthy fish, nice consultant. Recommend! 😊👍
