Ассортимент, как обычно, отличный. А вот с продавцами всегда беда. Из крайности в крайность - или ноль внимания и участия или навязчивость и много фраз ни к чему. А сегодня ещё и карту клиента не пробили, хотя я раз напомнила об этом продавцу, на что она ответила "да-да, сейчас, я тут...(что-то невнятное)". Дальше я отвлеклась на игрушки и уже не следила за действиями продавца. А карта так и осталась лежать на прилавке.

This outlet of the "MasterZoo" chain of stores was very pleased with its service personnel. The guys in the shortest possible time oriented in and helped with the choice of goods. In particular, your sales assistants are definitely worth a promotion!

The conditions of the rodents are simply harsh. Drinking bowls hang incorrectly - it is inconvenient for the animals to drink from them. Very tiny babies are put up for sale, which are too early to be weaned from their parents and the cubs are weak, undernourished. Some animals do not have a house in which to hide from the horribly bright light of the lamps. Rather than giving animals to such suffering, it would be better to abandon their sale altogether. I will not go again so as not to look at this nightmare and not be upset.

Everything is kind of invisible in the store, but this is for a diversion. Polite sellers will calmly sell you an animal with a fungus (still subtle). Because they don't care about keeping an eye on animals. We will, of course, cure. But MasterZoo is rubbish. Specifically, we bought a guinea pig a couple of weeks ago in Kiev, on Mishugi (SEC Pyramida).
