I’ve had pretty good experiences here. There were some issues with appointments when they ended up sending me to a different clinic and paying for the taxi one way only, but overall I’ve had rather positive experiences. Decent call center. Call center agents are typically nice and professional, which is not that common in Ukraine.

In general, the impressions were positive. Nice girls meet at the entrance, take you to the right place, where the reception is. Everything is done quickly, even if for insurance. Then the same girls take you to the doctor's office, it's convenient, you don't need to wander around and look for anything. I can't draw a conclusion from the doctors, because I was with only one and he helped me, I had inflammation after a bite on a hike. Cured without bringing to an abscess. The payment is, however, somewhat strange, not through the terminal in the same place as the administrator, but in a separate window. Most likely, this is more convenient for the clinic itself, but going into a separate window is depressing and somewhat resembles a scoop. Well, okay, this is not critical.

I understand that not everyone and always everything suits. I like there. Two years ago my pregnancy froze and I shockedly ran through all the clinics from one to another and did the ultrasound. I do not remember the name of the doctor but I am grateful to her. She had questions during the ultrasound and she called another doctor, they looked together. It is thanks to them that I applied not just for cleaning, but they were the only ones to see the problem there, and to the oncology center. I was cured and everything is fine. but there are no questions about professionalism. I will continue to go to them.
