I would like to support Ivan - it has really deteriorated as a flower shop. The flowers are not fresh and last 2-3 days, but no one wants to sell even these stale flowers to you. You ask to collect a bouquet for 1000, and in response you hear: oh, well, it will be something small and not very beautiful. Well, if so, then okay, I'll buy something prettier elsewhere.

Do not get fooled by their instagram, these colors are not close. The assortment is the same as in any flower kiosk near the metro, the flowers are not fresh, at an inflated cost. Attitude towards the buyer on the ***, the grandmother in the transition is more happy to sell flowers! UPD: Thanks for the answer, but the problem is not even in the range, I am silent about the freshness, the flowers stood for 2 days. But, I voiced the amount for which I wanted to buy flowers, and they looked at me as if I was asking for free + did not offer any options on how to arrange them, which would be good. The girl was apathetic and stood without any enthusiasm and stupidly took out flowers, offering nothing. Is it customer focus? Not at all. It was an important day for me and my girlfriend, we chose you and were so wrong. Thanks!

Expectation / Reality! You pay for one bouquet and you get another, with a different number of flowers! When asked why they tell you that the prices for the supply of flowers are constantly changing, and now it turned out what happened! That is, you order pants at the same price, you pay, and a week later you receive one pants - it turned out that happened! I do not recommend ordering here!
