For the first time made an order in this store. We ordered 2 sofas and a dining set for the kitchen. Manager Adelina is smart! Attentive and patient! The whole selection of furniture models, selection of fabrics and materials took more than 3 hours. The manager helped with advice. As a result, the order was placed. The prices are very reasonable (despite the fact that I did not look at the prices, I ordered what I liked). After 2 months, all the furniture was delivered, lifted and assembled (for a fee) quickly and efficiently. We will also contact this store, because there is still something to change in the apartment. Thank you for your attention and patience! I recommend the store!

I ordered a frame for the mattress (reinforced 90 × 200). They delivered it to the front door tightly and wrapped in a stretch film multilayer, it is not possible to open and see the quality since forwarders do not have a knife (go up to the 9th floor to get your own? ..). As there is no bill of lading, no deed of transfer, no check. What is it like?!! I come across this for the first time. Quality is guaranteed. Okay. Paying off with them. This is a simple framework, what could be wrong with it. It turns out maybe! Lamels of different thicknesses, in the remnants of paint, glue, wood of terrible quality, it seems that they are made from waste found in the trash. In addition, the frame with lamellas in such a layer is either dust or soot, as if it were stored under a railway bridge. And it is clear that with “lamellas” glued along and across, there can be no talk of any damping effect. All orthopedic properties of the mattress and such a frame are reduced to zero. The quality is terrible, therefore the absence of accompanying papers is understandable, the absence of a check is understandable, such junk can only be returned to a landfill.
