Ordered a bed of Marcos .... What can I tell you, everything would be fine, if not for a lack of accessories. There are not enough clamps for slats (((the bed can not be used ... and the store offers to buy metal corners and install on them, and all would be nothing, really a good option, but: 1. there are no corners with appropriate holes and diameter of holes, they need to be drilled, or as the store offered to drill new holes in the bed, and these options are a call to the master again ... and the cost is not 100 UAH. 2. The store offered me to buy and install them myself, instead of correcting this error on my own, that is, I have to pay for their unwillingness to correct the errors ... I explained to Oleksandra (complaints department) that I don't have additional funds for this, because I took one of the cheapest beds for no reason, to which the answer was that they can only reimburse the cost of the corners ... Great! And I have to pay the cost of the work myself !!! Hey ?! You sold me a defect, so why am I responsible for it and pay ??? Oh, and one more thing: I asked to send a correctly executed goods receipt (with the name of the SPD and all the necessary information) so that I could further understand about this and silence .... well ... as they say the earth is round ... I do not advise anyone to order something in this store !!!

So I ordered a folding table for Nick 6 in this store. I made an advance payment of 300 UAH (2700 cost), I was told that the production was 2 weeks. I call in 2 weeks, wait another week ... I say okay. I call a week later, before the vacation, they say "it's not ready yet", I say not to make the delivery, since I will not be there. As a result, I lie on the beach in a week (4 weeks from the order), an SMS comes that a courier is coming to you !!! I'm in a *****, I call them, they say we'll figure it out. As a result, I myself had to call my mother, pull her from work, re-register the delivery ... This store did not help me in this. Also, the final cost did not include prepayment, they called them with one answer "We will figure it out." As a result, there is also silence. The only plus in this story is that the table is normal and everything is fine with it. I strongly advise anyone not to buy here.

I ordered a Carmen bed from the Tees factory from the manager Lina. Advance 10% !!!! We signed a contract at the office on the Left Bank. I immediately warned that they would do at the factory for 1.5 months, and so it happened. Waiting for exactly 1.5 months, the shog was brought and assembled, clearly and quickly. The prices are like everyone else's, but the advance payment is nothing. And Lina's manager has a very responsible approach to work. I definitely recommend it.

Go around this store. They bring furniture with marriage (on two dressers, chips were smeared with white paint on the boards). You write to them and try to solve the problem, so they answer the email for a whole week, and then communicate with the manufacturing plant for a few more weeks. Fully relieve themselves of all responsibility for marriage in their own products. They just do not care about customers.

Think twice before ordering anything! The order rang for 2 weeks without any specifics! They did not call back when they paid for it themselves, without adding components to the furniture (they had to overpay for an additional part). It was almost impossible to return the defective part (facade). Service is zero! For the first time I had to deal with such pofigism before my work as a manager! Don't waste your time and nerves!
