Good day, I want to share my experience of visiting this hall, firstly about the hall itself, yes it is small, but this is compensated by the presence of all the necessary simulators, the pricing policy is very fair, I would like to dwell on the staff in more detail, everything is fine with him, starting from polite administrators ending with highly qualified coaches, in my case this is Andrey Gulevaty, I had many coaches and among all he is the strongest in terms of coaching qualities, it was working with him that I understood what a service is, it was working with him that I realized that this is a coach who doesn’t all the same to your clients, you want to lose weight (as in my case) without problems in two months -16kg, and all thanks to a well-prescribed diet and observation, then how I adhere to this diet, workouts impress with their diversity, each workout is at least one a new exercise, this is a lot of functional training, in general, if you want to change your life, then this gym and this coach is yours a choice in which you will not make a mistake

To work on a cardio simulator is how to ride in a killed reserved seat train, which often resembles the smell from the toilet ... I forgot the card, pay 50 hryvnyas and other docks don’t ditch the only place in Kiev where there is no available wifi even coffee houses are for visitors, well oh well ... There are no isolation simulators on the legs like any other modern ones, from the modern there are only prices for a subscription
