The library is exactly stuck in the USSR. Repair, staff, technology ... The only plus is the books in a less-than-able state, in other words, just like the people themselves today. Very good service: pleasant and calm librarians, always ready to help the reader. And besides, this is perhaps the only library in Kiev where there is a full subscription of Burda magazines, starting from the 80s of the last century. For those who sew, this is worth a lot, because these patterns are now priceless!
