The department employs competent and friendly staff, always ready to help and advise. There are queues like in any other department, especially during happy hours, but if you come at lunchtime or in the evening, you can handle it in a couple of minutes. Nice branch.

Despite the sign "we work without lunch" - there is lunch! There is one window for all services, the queue is freezing on the street. And although the issued parcels are accepted out of turn - the employees sent, shouted ... the parcel was never sent. Let's try another day, suddenly something changes, a service appears, or the mood of the employees will be better.

I visited post office 90 tonight. I sent registered letters on business needs. I could send them to Borschagovka, but I knew that in my department I could handle it quickly. The girls promptly helped to solve everything, spent just a couple of minutes of her personal time and went home happy. I want to note that it has always been this way, very helpful staff. We often had to observe how patiently employees communicate with different people, not always adequate. This level of service is expensive, Thank you.

The trouble is that the reform of the work of the mail came sideways, it was necessary not to change advertising but staff ... And it is also seen in other comments that the staff at the headquarters annoys walking in search of packages, especially from China It is necessary to change the reward system or the personnel all at once, because the "Soviet" system interferes with the work of even the young ... Well, the truth is that not everyone is rude to you, but this lottery is really annoying! and constant lines, why can't all the windows give out the parcels? ... and I would be glad to change the post office but I have been living here, and for 30 years I have seen the same faces ... and the same problem. It is a pity that the staff did not read these reviews! Maybe they would like to change something ... at least their attitude to work, well, or they would change jobs ...
