It was bad, we changed it 2 times, it got even worse !!!!! As always, the queue is awful !!! Operators are running out of time! Along the way, not enough staff! To receive a parcel or letter, you need to stand in line for an hour! If before there was a window only for issuing parcels, then there was never a queue ,,,, went in, got, left !!! And now everything is mixed! It is not clear at all where to approach! There are no windows even !!! In one word BARDAK !!!!!

It is a pity that you cannot put zero. Sad Council of Deputies. Surly staff. There is a queue of 12 people, 2 windows out of 4 are open, although the staff is sitting in all of them, and when the queue is added, one of the two working ticket offices closes and the young lady slowly goes out into the wake-up somewhere, after a minute she also slowly returns, takes the phone and leaves , I see off @ with a thin look and a satisfied grin of those standing in line. It sucks ... sucks. Go to New Mail and never come back here.

Secondly, and this is just an incredible phenomenon, here are kind employees who do not bark at you, do not yell, but behave in the framework of excellent service. If you often go, they can even remember by name)) for me it’s a direct find, everywhere employees would work on Ukrainian postal services, that would be happiness!
