I received an international parcel, no problems, everything is on time, the operators communicate well, the queues are only because the quarantine, and the department lacks operators, as they explain, a low salary, and the schedule for our clients work until 21.00, and even on Saturday and Sunday !!! Therefore, you need to understand them and not be nervous in vain, but patiently wait your turn, smile at the operator, say a kind word and in return you will receive good service and good mood.
