Went to post office 90 today. Very unpleasant experience, employees work very slowly, rude and shout at visitors. They look for parcels for a very long time and in the process they also shout at customers, they do not answer questions. The most trash was under the door, where grandparents were waiting for their turn to receive a pension! At first, a verbal skirmish began in their ranks, and then a strong grandfather hit the grandmother, she fell on her back right on the steps. Maybe the employees of this unfortunate post office should keep order and serve customers more comfortably? Awful institution ((((

I want to tell you about my problem, which is constantly repeated when I order something from China and the parcel is delivered by UkrPoshta. 11/24/2020 my parcel with the track number ****** addressed to **** "arrived at the department 91 in Kiev. 11/25/2020 I came to the office for the parcel, but it was not there, the employee replied that the parcel was redirected to department 90, since the address at which I live, Kiev *********** "serves department 90. I went to department 90, and she was not there either, the employee replied that she on 91 .... Here's how I can't put it, forgive me .... I told the employee that I had just come from there and they answered that she was at 90. The employee shrugged his shoulders and answered, probably they did not bring it, wait for an SMS. Today is 11/27/20. the distance between the branches is 100 meters, are you kidding ??? I ask you to understand, such a non-lazy attitude is constantly observed in the work of the employees of your departments. P.s How do you think this is how to deal with it ... People are rude! The service is terrible! Parcels are not returned for several months! It is a pity that the state post office on such a day !!!!
