I do not know why a lot of negative feedback. I have only positive impressions from this mail. Everything is always explained and helped. As in any service company, there are simple rules and life hacks that must be followed: if you want to send a parcel without queuing, apply online. Want to get without a queue - find a common language with the head of the department and decide)

What can I say about our mail, nice staff, my mother always regularly receives her pension! Always clean and the furniture is normal which is very important !!! The payment goes well and quickly too !!!

There is no printer in the department. It turns out that when you create an order on the site, for convenience and speed of service, you supposedly need to find another printer to print this form and come with a printed barcode to them. And if the number and barcode are only in the phone, then they give out five forms, a marker and a place where you can fill in everything by hand, like in the Stone Age. What a service this is. It’s good at least the check was printed, but I didn’t have to run around looking for someone to print the check. How is it even possible that the mail does not have a printer that prints electronic orders created on the site. I don’t ask to print my passport photocopier. I pay money to the Ukrposhta, but I have to run around the district myself and look for a printer. How is that? And even during the lockdown, when everything is closed. Service is zero, it's a pity you can't put a score of zero, but only 1.

My mother and I always use this mail service. No complaints. The staff works quickly and efficiently. If there are any additional questions, so as not to delay the queue, the boss comes out and explains everything.

I formalize parcels through my personal account and do not queue up. I came, left, and later I'll pick up the checks. The girls are decent and smiling. Never had any problems
