On Thursday, 12/17/2020, I went to this Ukrposhta branch 02152 to receive a parcel. I got in line at 18:05, all people stand in 3 windows, I was 5th in line. I left the department at 18:45. Cause?! Inadequately organized work at the post office. People who came after me went out of line, because in one window they receive a pension without a queue (each of the recipients was not a pensioner, but received by proxy and were much younger than the retirement age). And in the second, utility bills are paid without queuing. People came in, 15-20 minutes later than me, and left earlier. The outrage was already going through the roof! After such answers that I can receive the parcel only in the last window, and in other windows we help only when we are free. The head of the department, coming out to the sound of already raised tones, said that everyone was just sick. Although this is a lie, they always have it that way, a maximum of 3 customer service jobs. And on MAIL there is ONLY ONE window for the main service they provide. There are signs at the windows that say that only customers with parcels are served out of turn! But in this, and perhaps in all other branches of the Ukrposhta, they work according to concepts and unspoken rules. And this is considered normal for them. Skip the line for a pension and paying for a communal apartment. The result, 40 minutes to stand, so that I was given a parcel in 1-2 minutes, letting people in not queue for extra. services ... Finally, the woman in the window asked me a question: "Why can't you calm down?" Organization of work of Ukrposhta at zero, the same profits, the same salaries.

The branch on Mykolaichuk is terrible. Whenever I come, the staff is rude to the elderly. Pensioners are simply humiliated. It all depends on the boss, who sets the tone for everyone. If she goes out into the hall, it is only to humiliate even more, and not to help and apologize.

I go to this department all the time, only a young man works well. The woman, when I came on a weekday before school at 11 o'clock, said that I had nothing to do here - this is the time of pensioners, and young people should be at work and therefore did not give me a package. Now I know !:)

Ukrposhta - rebranding :) Recruited young workers. Parcels are no longer in one pile but on the shelves behind the operator. But old habits have leaked. In the most prominent place is no longer cute and cookies from Conti. While standing in line, you can have a snack. ;)

They serve for a very long time, the queue is not optimized, international parcels are constantly losing. You have to constantly come to the post office, stand in line for a long time to ask if they have found a parcel. She’s never at the branch, in a couple of weeks she comes after visiting the branch if she’s lucky or is given to the wrong address to her neighbors for the first time.
