No one is in a hurry, the impression is that they are deliberately taking time to end the day as soon as possible! Take the young, they have more energy and enthusiasm, since we do not value money and do not want to work !!!

I ordered a parcel on my head to this department, it is impossible to pick up for two days. Constant queue and one window works !!!! Parcels are issued in one or another window. Be ready to stand in line and hear how you are sent to F ***. Got it !!!! Terrible department! No help or signs with words where it fits and where to take the proverbial queue !!!!
