Good day. For five years, we have been your clients (but probably have already been). Every year for my son's birthday, we ordered sets of balloons from you. We used both self-pickup and delivery. We were always more than satisfied with the order, efficiency and approach to achieving the desired result. But this year will be especially memorable for us. We ordered a set of 7 balloons (foil balloon number and 6 Art balloons with paint inside). The site contains photos of bright, beautiful, non-standard balls. Talking on the phone with a girl, I chose five presented on the site and asked to add one at my discretion, so that the composition looked bright and harmonious. Several times she clarified how the balls will look like, because this is a gift for a child. What we got in the end surprised us so much that it made us doubt whether this was our order. Pale, some almost colorless. Complete discrepancy with the stated photos on the site (of course, except for the foil balloon). To our question "what is this?" and "why did this happen?", your employee replied that "they are always like this and it is best to choose balls in person in the office." I don't know if all clients come to your office personally to check colors, but having an Internet site, this recommendation sounds ridiculous and strange. By the way, there were no such proposals in previous years and everything was fine. If this type of balloons is always the same as we received, then what kind of photos are presented on the site and this is not taking into account that they are not the cheapest in their category. It is hard to understand how Design Studio Air, with the stated range of services, individual approach, assistance in choosing products and placing an order, helped us to compose this composition as a gift for a child. Photos will be more eloquent than anything described above. Photo 1 - what you ordered, Photo 2 - the individual approach that you received. Roman, photos of your studio's work are presented in the review (Photo 2 is the individual approach that you received), so it is not rational to write about a biased review. I don't know how subjective creativity should be, but the difference is shocking. Some are practically colorless, it is very difficult to tell from ignorance of what color they should be. Is not it? And the colors declared for the order on the website are straightforward to the eye (bright pink, turquoise, ultramarine, purple with turquoise, etc.). Here black practically did not disappoint. I want to say right away that the photo of the received balls was taken immediately after receiving the order. But, I was especially amused by the statement about such a high-quality execution of the order that they even provided an additional ball, in case something burst. Where did you get this information? Why write and cheat like that? During the five years that we have been your clients, no one has ever provided additional balls for free, never. And even more so on this last, terrible order. All that we received for free was the ridiculous explanations and recommendations of your employee, which were written above. The price and quality are excellent, but the salesperson did her job with a favor, so only a C grade.

I bought balls for a newborn. Large selection of balls for different holidays. Very polite girls. Did everything quickly. I recommend

The choice is great, this is a plus, the prices are like everywhere else, perhaps even a little lower, but unfortunately the balloons ("gel") bought for a large amount, as a gift for a child, began to descend on the floor on the third day. It was difficult for me to explain to the kid why the balls stopped flying !!!
