As a result, no one called me in 2 weeks, and I came to the store myself to find out where my chest of drawers is. I was told that for some reason the chest of drawers was sent to another store or to other customers, I still didn’t understand ... I was told that the next order will arrive in another 2 weeks .... I certainly waited another. And when they brought me a chest of drawers, it was defective !!!!! They brought it to me and left it. But not checked. It has already been assembled. The workers of this store collected it before bringing it to me .... As a result: when I started to open the shelves, they just fell down on top of each other !!!!! Since I had been waiting for the chest of drawers for a month, and I had to leave Genichesk, I could not deal with the poor chest of drawers .... Upon arrival back to Genichesk, I went to this store and told the situation and asked the masters to come and rebuild this unfortunate dresser again, but so that it can be used. The craftsmen arrived on the same day and made sure that indeed the parts of the dresser are not equal to each other. The upper part is 90 cm, and the lower one is 95 cm. To the bottom, the details of the chest of drawers expanded, so all the shelves just went out of their rails and collapsed down !!!!! The pickers agreed with me about the malfunction of the chest of drawers and took it for repair. And the next day they brought the same chest of drawers, but already fixed. So, here’s the chest of drawers that I was waiting for delivery in Ukraine within a month, it also came broken! Whose fault???? I think that the manufacturer’s factory! But the store also! Before you bring the goods to the customer, the store must test the goods! .... Thank you for the repair for free! ... Therefore, you can shop at the store, but always check the goods when they brought you home.

Half a year ago, I ordered furniture in this store. The store is very large, prices from very reasonable to those that are more expensive. In general, I liked the store. The guys went to all our conditions, all wishes were taken into account.

A lot of furniture was bought in this store and everything was fine. BUT I bought the kitchen and was in complete shock !!!! I waited a long time. All the time there were some nuances with delivery. Build the towers; the lower cabinets had to be twisted by ourselves. And the top is something incredible. It seems that they were made either oblique or curved. And now I can’t achieve anything. THERE ARE VERY INTERESTING TO THEY WERE DELIVERED TO SUCH THIS.?
