After a professional check in, things got even better. Although I got a multiple room for 5, the greetings were simple and relaxed. What is really nice is the fact that the very friendly staff went shopping for us. And everything was for free. Recommended for a friendly clinic. I would like to thank the staff on the the second floor pneumoniae department especially. The medical staff, the floor and kitchen staff were friendly and helpful. The whole area was kept very clean all the time. The cafeteria had enough food to keep one healthy. I recommend this hospital, and would not hesitate to stay there again.

I ask the management to draw the attention of the management to the behavior of the employees, namely, the head of the traumatology department, Valery Nikitovich Tomilin. Last week, on a round, he for no reason began to insult and humiliate my husband, who was in the ward after the operation (namely, he did not like the earring in my husband's ear), it’s just not that he’s not a human doctor at all (he called my husband's ward as a woman, etc.) I have already filed a complaint with the Ministry of Health's hotline and they said that they would conduct an ethical investigation in relation to this "Doctor". I do not advise anyone to get to him.

Every day they are asked to buy medicines in the amount of UAH 2000. Despite the fact that the hospital has entered into an agreement with the NHSU, and is provided with medicines. None of the prescribed drugs are included in the protocols of the Ministry of Health on the treatment of acute cerebrovascular accidents, but are prescribed for the doctors' own enrichment, through agreements with medical representatives. Orderlies and nurses every day demand 200 UAH for "additional care". They were not allowed to enter the intensive care unit. Judging by the formed bedsores and tissue necrosis, "additional care" and prevention of bedsores were not carried out. And they hoped that the patient would die not today tomorrow, and no one would pay attention to it, and would not understand. It is doubtful whether the drugs we bought were administered to the grandmother. positive dynamics after a month's course of treatment, and 100 thousand left in the hospital - no! A complaint was sent to the NSZU, the Ministry of Health. I wish good health to all the hospital staff and their children ...

My name is Galina. I underwent surgical treatment in the Department of Oncourology, where the head is Vladimir N. Krasnov. I would like to thank the entire team of the department for their sensitivity and attention, for their conscientious attitude to work. It was impossible not to notice the calm, pleasant atmosphere that promotes recovery. I am very grateful to the attending physician Polion Nikita Yurievich for the high professionalism, kindness and emotional support that he provided me. Special thanks to the anesthesiologist for respecting my religious views as a Jehovah's Witness. I underwent an operation without using donated blood (as far as I know, for the first time in this department). Although the operation was difficult and lasted five hours, it was successful.
