Location - quiet, music from discos will not bother you here. To shops - a couple of minutes. I like that you can choose how to eat - or in the dining room (order breakfast, lunch or dinner separately) or cook yourself in the shared kitchen. We are usually inspired. There is a barbecue area, smoking area, mini playground. There is a shared kitchen and dining area. I like that there is no "obligation" - only self-cooking or just ordering. The yard is beautiful, clean, closed, a lot of places for gatherings. Many families with children have a rest, so even if you have one child, she will definitely not be sad, there will always be peers. Since the yard is closing, and the area is large, you can not worry about the children, they will find something to do) so here you will have time for yourself) All photos on the site are real and true. My family recommends the boarding house Three wishes, we are nice and comfortable there. (I heard that a friend on the phone also advised her godparents, because she liked it).

The owners are very careful with every issue and try their best for the guests. Very clean, fresh rooms, beautiful sea view from all rooms, each room has its own balcony, where you can admire the sunrise or sunset with a bottle of wine and fruit bought a couple of minutes from the hotel, a feeling of comfort and tranquility. Everything is solid and the territory is as well-groomed as possible. The dining room is tasty and varied. Especially delicious meat dishes and desserts. Found a hotel by accident and went without a reservation. We chose it according to the principle of where more cars are parked and it paid off. I think many people come here on recommendations. And by the way, we have already answered many friends that we recommend this place. Thank you for their care and discretion! Ps. The guests are different and some who have traveled 1000 km really wanted to sing at 12 at night. High-quality windows completely absorbed this noise and, paired with air conditioning, gave rest to both walking and those who want to relax 😂

We visited Schastlivtsevo for the first time at the end of August at the weekend. We stopped at a boarding house, because we liked the look. And they did not regret anything. A clean well-kept room with a fresh renovation, a clean sauzel (for me this is always very important), a beautiful view from the balcony to the sea (to meet the dawn it was enough just to open your eyes). Once they took lunch: very tasty, not salty, not greasy, like at home; my child and I could not even master it in two))) On the territory there are barbecues, gazebos, a playground. Everything is so located that vacationers do not interfere with each other. There is a communal kitchen with utensils where you can cook your own meals. What else I liked very much: the territory is closed and you can fearlessly let one child go to the playground, knowing that strangers do not walk on the territory and he himself will not run away anywhere. If we again gathered for 5-7 days, then definitely in this boarding house.

I do not recommend! The first thing that confused me was that this first line is located 500 m from the sea! View from the balcony not on the sea but on the swamp, through which you go to the sea! Taking the most expensive two-room suite, you will not even have a kettle in the room and a table, there are only two cups! Why? To drink tea, you need to go down to the courtyard from the third floor where you will be met by an inadequate cleaner, who at 7:00 is just cleaning the kitchen and arguing not to go while she cleans, and every time she complains about her salary! After 20:00 there is no hot water! Because the water is heated on the roof, and not enough for everyone! For 1300 UAH / day you can organize a better service and conditions! Got a negative impression! I do not recommend !!!

We rested there for the first time, we were alone with my wife. I liked the room very much, the room has everything (a toilet, a large bed and another room with a large sofa), we had a 2-room room on the second floor, with a good repair, the room is cleaned every other day. The base has a dining room with reasonable prices, as well as a separate building with a kitchen where you can cook yourself. The buildings themselves are new, not killed. Walk 3min to the sea at a leisurely pace. To the center 15-20 minutes. In general, the M base is located in a quiet place.
