We are resting here now. It seems that the first impression was good, but then looked closely and not so hot. For that kind of money, you can better treat your vacationers. From the pros: daily cleaning, change towels and bedding every few days, guarded parking and close to the sea. The room is small, but it has everything you need. The refrigerator could have been larger, not everyone is ready to eat food from your canteen. Actually, the cons: the dining room is not very good, expensive, not tasty; there are constant ants in the room, you can't hide from them; there is no sound insulation at all - this is a huge disadvantage. It is impossible to get enough sleep, at any time of the day, since all sounds, clapping, conversations are heard. The rooms on the ground floor are not entirely comfortable, everyone passing by looks and examines. Constant noise from the pool, as there are children screeching around the clock during the day, and adults at night. As if the pool is good, but we did not get into it. There are few sun beds, and there are always people, sometimes strangers. It would be nice to establish rules for using the pool. For example, do not use it after 23.00, and let strangers on time. At the moment, music is playing loudly and there is noise from the pool, at 22.40 hours. in the hotel there are children, people with some health problems, etc. there is no administration on site, I suspect that they may be among the noisy vacationers. Where can you complain? The question is rhetorical.

New, fresh and comfortable hotel. Closed area with its own infrastructure (parking, swimming pool, playground, gazebos with barbecue). There is a dining room, tasty but lacking in variety. In general, against the background of the surrounding simplicity, a pretty decent place.

The place is wonderful. The first impression is very good, but it gets annoying over time. On the plus side: fresh and delicious food in the dining room (the guys working in the kitchen are always responsive, polite), the presence of a pool, relatively fresh furniture and renovation in general, a beautiful area. Of the shortcomings, the administration has a very rude attitude, regardless of age. It was very unpleasant when the father-in-law, an adult man, who communicated with restraint and educated, began to respond with a rude girl who looked twenty years at most. After rereading the previous comments, it is clear that not only we have such a trouble, and that all explanatory conversations passed by. In the telephone mode, they promised that there is a coffee maker in the room, as a result there is a kettle ... When asked where the coffee maker was, they said that they could not promise that, and again, on the verge of rudeness, something sounded "well, I want you, will I make you coffee?" ... In general, they will not go to the meeting and do not expect politeness. Very disappointing because the location, rooms and cuisine are not bad. But taking into account the above, we will finish the vacation at another recreation center.

Rest with constant "buts". It can be seen that initially they tried and had an idea to do it well and beautifully. In the central building at the reception there is a large hall and a "well" on three floors, there are sofas and tables so that you can sit comfortably, a beautiful staircase and lighting ... We checked into room 11, which is designed for 4 people. Air conditioning, large bed, good mattress, mattress toppers, wardrobe, small refrigerator - everything seems to be right. BUT! this issue is infested with ants! They everywhere! In the bathroom, in the closet, in dishes, in things and in bed! It is very difficult to rest when you cannot sleep, because something is constantly crawling over you. (Photo of the floor of the room with ants is attached). The usual interior door of the room opens onto the reception - so you can hear everything in the room: when people check in and out, buy something, talk while sitting in the lobby and when they make coffee, how the doors are constantly slamming ... Therefore, you can sleep in this room only when when the reception is closed. Bathroom - with bathtub! It would seem wonderful. BUT! Hot water lives according to its own schedule, during 9 days of rest it was Hot water only twice, for two more days it was just warm. The rest of the time it was cold. Well, it's hard to get a bath when there is no plug in the bathroom. Our company rented 4 rooms, and only one of them had a cork for the bathroom ... The pool is great! It's a pity that there are not enough sun beds and they are constantly busy. The dining room is probably the biggest disappointment. Simple, poor, and expensive (in Kharkov, eating in a good cafe is much cheaper). And the saddest thing is the staff. Every time you go to the reception, you make it clear that you are very lucky that they are talking to you at all. Not once did I hear "please" for my "thanks", never once did I see a smile. The conversation is usually conducted on the verge of rudeness. This does not apply to cleaning ladies. They will always ask if it is convenient to clean up now or come back later, clean quickly and wish you a good rest. Why is this all - the potential of the place is excellent. All of these disadvantages can be easily eliminated if desired, quickly enough. It seems that at first they wanted the best, and then they just scored.
