The impression is twofold, like everything is beautiful, well-groomed, clean. But many little things spoil the overall impression. To the sea on foot far, an adult 15 minutes, with children at least 20 minutes. The beach is crowded and dirty. There is practically no hot water, it is sometimes hot, and so cold or barely lukewarm. There are no closets in the room, there is a minimum of furniture, there was nowhere to put things out, so they stood in the bags near the walls ... The balcony in the rooms is shared, walk-through, it will not be possible to retire, and given the many children in the neighborhood, unexpected guests can come at any moment. I think the cost is overpriced for such conditions. For the same money, there are many more attractive places, if not cheaper. Something, but hot water for this amount should always be.

I do not understand the enthusiastic reviews of vacationers! Let's start with the fact that the sea is not 1 km, not 800 meters, as the hostess says, but somewhere 1.5 km, although when choosing housing for our family, this was the most important requirement - no more than 500m! They met us, settled us ... Going into the room and seeing these poor conditions for such money, we just came to a stop! Small, cramped, cheap rental option! The bathroom stall, if you can call it that, even with mine, it grows 1.5 m so small and shallow that at my first shower, the water poured right through the top, because the pallet was clogged and very small ... Boiling water runs from the tap , which is simply unrealistic to dilute, ice water immediately begins to run ... Well, upon arrival from the beach, we discovered the fact that the owners entered the room - someone soaked the water in the bathroom from the floor (it can be seen that those who were below us started to flow), put a basin under the sink, it also flows, the air conditioner was switched from 17 to 21 degrees !!! WHERE IS THERE? FOR THE TIME OF LIVING_ THIS IS OUR HOUSING, WITH VALUES, MONEY, etc. !!!! By the morning, the air conditioner had completely broken and flowed both outward and inward, water was pouring from both sides! Then, as it began to hum, I thought it would just light up! By that time, there were no batteries in the remote control, so things were going sooooo fast! We made a decision to leave this complex the next day! After we announced that we were moving out, they didn’t even come to see us when we left! No goodbye to you, no apologies, nothing ... WE DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE, IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO RUPTURE YOUR PRECIOUS VACATION AND REST!

This hotel saved our stay. We made an extremely unfortunate choice when booking early, fell for reviews (this is about another hotel) and were forced to urgently look for something else. Late in the evening we called Queen and in the morning we stopped by. Were in a superior triple room with its own kitchen. The conditions are excellent. A nice young man who knows how to talk to guests meets. There is a lot of space. The water is hot and cold all the time, it mixes normally)) The WI-FI signal is excellent. The area is beautiful, well-groomed, lots of greenery and flowers. One can see how the owners carefully and lovingly take care of the hotel and the yard. Our room has its own terrace surrounded by roses. Roses will also greet you in the room upon check-in; they will be made of towels for you. A trifle but nice) In general, you can see the desire for good service. And you do it! Our room was far from the pool (closer to the gazebos), there were no noisy neighbors, so we enjoyed the silence. Soundproofing in the room is also good, at least the neighbors have TVs working and we haven't heard any conversations. Good indoor parking. But there is no limit to perfection, so a few wishes for improvement: a glass for toothbrushes in the bathroom, a salt shaker in the kitchen and denser curtains in the room (No. 1) :) And yet, you have a good marketing ploy, you treat your guests to wine, it is tasty and you want to buy it right away, which we did, so it would be nice to have a couple of glasses for wine in the kitchen. Walk 15 minutes to the beach at a slow pace. The beach is good, well equipped, there are sun loungers and umbrellas for rent (prices are ridiculous). It is 15 minutes to the Pink Lake, to Salty 10. There are shops near the hotel, and in a 10-minute walk there are two large supermarkets and a market. My husband and I really liked it and after a nightmare night in another hotel, it felt like we were in heaven. So you really saved our holiday. Thanks!

Thank you so much for a great stay !!! We liked everything!!! Very friendly and helpful hosts! The location is very convenient, everything is close by. To the promenade and the beach for 10 minutes, there is a shop and home cooking nearby. The swimming pool is divided into two parts on the territory, for children and for adults. There are also barbecues, gazebos. Clean and very comfortable rooms!

Thank you very much for the rest. Visited this hotel from 5.09 to 7.09. Young people try, listen, not rude, attentive. The main feature is the pool. And he is on top. You will wear bracelets to restrict strangers on the territory. And rightly so. We rented a room with a kitchen, it is very convenient, all the dishes are there. There were not enough towels, but this is not Turkey. There is a lot of place for rest, gazebos on the territory , braziers, barbecue. ALL OK. Good luck and prosperity. I recommend.
