The area is the greenest and the most groomed over the whole Arabatka. There's a pro sports ground (mini-soccer, basket and tennis) and semi-pro outdoor gym with great variety of sport exercisers. Lovely place PS the cafe isn't that good

I've been coming here every year since 2014. During this time, a lot has changed for the better !!! The territory of the boarding house is green, all three buildings have been renovated. Rooms are cleaned daily. And, in my opinion, the dining room was renovated in 2017 or 2018. The food, of course, is not a Swedish line, but the food is delicious. The café bar offers an à la carte menu. I recommend pasties, they are very tasty !!!!! 😋😋😋 The beach is well maintained. The entire staff of the boarding house is friendly and welcoming.

Wonderful stay, helpful staff, clean and tidy territory, delicious food in the dining room, a variety of board games in the recreation area in the building on the 2nd floor, a cinema, a disco in a bar, nature like in the Botanical Garden. Highly recommend. We rested with our family in August, we arrived in our car, there is a covered guarded parking lot, the first line by the sea, next to a store, 10 minutes and you are already on the Sivash, Salt Lake, thermal springs !!!
