They came in a company of 6 people - rented a house for 4 and a separate room. They warned in advance that there would be 2 married couples, but upon arrival there were 3 separate beds in the rooms, for which such rooms are too small, the owner brought out one after a short negotiation, and moved everything by himself. For the house they paid 900 UAH from four and the owner asked for another 50 UAH per day for using the air conditioner, respectively, and took the remotes - this is too much for such conditions. It was rather dirty, after moving the beds, they asked to clean it up. The TV worked, but there were few channels, it had not been reconfigured for a long time. The batteries worked only in one remote control, and on the TV itself, the brightness settings were lost and blindly had to be added every time it was turned on. On the plus side, we were given a separate gazebo for six. There was a washing machine (we were still surprised why we didn't ask for extra money for the washing machine)). The food was brought by a neighbor opposite, cheap and cheerful, but, in general, delicious. Housing is normal for the village

The owners are not very intrusive people, what a big ➕, the issues were resolved quickly, but in fact we did not see them, no one strained and did not indicate anything, the children ran around the yard in a shorter time comfortably, the rooms are normal with the conditions in the room, the kitchen is shared, the gazebo, the veranda, the washing machine , boller. Thank you very much Valera, the prices are adequate.

Valera owner is correct. Prices are real. Any questions are solved quickly and not obtrusively. Preparation is on the go, logistics and a lot of small additional services-all without problems. I want to make plans to build a house and organize it further, and we'll come back ...

Nice host. There are rooms for different prices. Gazebos, barbecue, kitchen, bathroom and toilet, summer shower, Wi-Fi. It is possible to arrange a meeting and daily trips to the lake.
