It so happened that in the middle of summer in our yard pond there was a foundling - an adult red-eared turtle. With the onset of cold weather, the question arose about her relocation to the house. We were worried, did not know "what, how, where to start." We were lucky. We met Ivan Alexandrovich Orel. This is an unusually sociable, friendly, highly professional master of his craft. So our Marichka got a wonderful terrarium with all the necessary equipment. She, apparently, was so comfortable in it that a couple of hours after check-in, an incredible funny story awaited us. Parting with Ivan, we asked permission to contact him for advice. He said he was always ready to help. When the "spare" part separated from our turtle, I took a picture in excitement and sent it to Ivan. He immediately answered us and reassured us, saying that the turtle had laid an egg. In general, the day was pleasant and memorable in all respects. Ivan Alexandrovich, thank you for your work and respectful, kind attitude towards people!

Ivan explained everything in detail and intelligibly, answered many questions. Received information regarding equipment: lamps, filters and fish care. I am very pleased, we put things in order in the aquarium, now I can't wait to create beauty in it.

Competent quality service. They started my favorite aqua from scratch. Well, they did everything right! Stayed in my budget, made a cool design, picked the right tenants.! I am delighted! Not so long ago we moved to a new office. I was very worried that the fish normally moved the move. Ivan helped a lot, and adjusted to the time (there were limited time frames) and did everything so that the fish did not stress. In general, he has been serving our aquarium for a long time and I like the fact that he has excellent food and you can immediately order it, and when he arrives he prompts our mistakes in their maintenance (the office is large and every employee either considers it necessary to feed him again, or vice versa). when he arrives, he does everything himself very quietly, without disturbing anyone. In February and March 2019, he ordered from Ivan Orla kokedamu and florarium with co-cents. Both orders were executed flawlessly and on time. Separately, I would like to note the high culture of communication, goodwill and competence. Recommend.
