I did not like the institution very much for many factors. There is no menu with drinks, so you just have to ask what is available (but there is a wall that says 4 drinks without prices, but I do not consider this as an adequate menu). The first thing I want to notice is the absence of people in the coffee shop, although the interior is very nice and there is a lot of space. I thought that there were no people because of the poor location, it was difficult to drive up to it and there were only ordinary houses nearby, the place was clearly not the most noticeable and convenient for visitors. But now I understand that this is not the case. The young man and I ordered fruit tea and latte. Almost immediately we got an order, but my tea hasn't brewed yet. And after 10 minutes it was not brewed, and after 20 and even after 40 minutes. It was simply unrealistic. One dubious bag of "natural" tea in 0.5 warm water. Sarakh was also not brought (well, maybe this is a concept of the establishment, they are simply afraid for my health, because it is not very useful) The latte was normal, no more, no less. Well, after the warm water, you need to pay off, it was not possible to pay with a card, although they did not say this in advance, but personally I rarely carry cash and to a greater extent there is a terminal everywhere, especially in such establishments. We were not given a check, but they paid 110 hryvnia for warm water called tea and for the smallest latte. In such establishments, for this money, I can drink real natural tea with freshly survived fruits and take a delicious large latte, pay with a card and receive high-quality service and at the same time be satisfied, and not waste your time on this malicious comment. Sorry for so many, but this place is my disappointment today, I don't recommend it.

Extremely tasty desserts, but the price is a bit sky-high. Coffee is like coffee. But the atmosphere is what you need: quiet, calm, mostly few visitors. Great place for a romantic date, and for a cup of cocoa with a friend, and just start alone.

Very tasty, helpful staff. The cafe is very cozy, and orders are delivered quickly.

Unfortunately, it hasn't become as tasty as it used to be. Apparently in pursuit of quantity, quality began to be lost. Very sorry. Although the Sachertorte is the best. even better than in Vienna, may the Austrians forgive me .. But there is room for improvement in service too, do not stop there.
