From the end of 17 to the beginning of 19, prices from 850 UAH rose to 1200 UAH .. But this is the case .. If the service and quality are at their best, then it’s not a pity .. At first everything was less or less and the prices were fine .. But in 1919, horror .. (Maybe this is such an attitude towards regular customers .. as I call boorish.). The boorish attitude of the employees at the reception who are not willing to answer questions .. and look at you with a grin .. (like .. And why did you come here). some honey sisters, young ones .. who don’t know what etiquette rules are .. Apparently they don’t have any greetings with clients when the client says hello in silence .. This is normal for them .. Well, okay, that’s the thing .. According to the record, she came in time and had to sit and wait 15 minutes .. Of course, I understand that the client will wait .. Of course, he does not have his own affairs and is in no hurry .. At the same time, apologizing for the wait .. This is natural for the clinic staff is unacceptable. They even do not know how to say hello to customers .. Not that apologize for that the client expected .. But okay .. these are flowers ... I signed up for ultrasound as usual .. Air Flow polishing .. As a result, she (the doctor) told me that we would only do Air Flow .. At the same time, I was not told initially before the procedure how much Air Flow will cost, but after the procedure .. which is incorrect .. Since a competent doctor will ask the patient what he is going to do and how much it will cost and whether the client-patient agrees to such conditions or not and only after that do something .. I signed up for the UZ AF complex polishing for 1200 .. I received only AF for 900 and then after the procedure I found out the cost .. When they said to pay ... Prices are more expensive than in many clinics in Kiev at the same time, the quality is stones and a yellow coating .. Which was previously safely and successfully removed to this day, but in a different clinic .. remained with me ....... consider this fact. I had to buy bleaching strips immediately after the procedure. Is it okay to pay not a little money and get a terrible result? .. What is my conclusion .. I do not recommend this clinic for professional toothbrushing .. I didn’t use other services, therefore I can’t say anything .. And of course the boorish disregarding attitude of the staff towards customers .. At the same time, prices are the highest in Kirovograd quality and boorish attitude .. I found another private clinic .. While everything suits for 800 UAH, they did both Ultrasonic cleaning and Air Flow and polishing .. And also the recommendations are hard and written for caring for the oral cavity .. At the same time, I am satisfied with the result and the stones were removed and the teeth became snow-white .. And they work on the latest equipment .. it's nice to sit down in a chair .. And the staff is very attentive and good .. The receptionist at the reception took into account all my wishes and called back several times until they agreed on a date convenient for me .. It was nice and kind .. And when I arrived with the child for cleaning. (Absolutely all staff greeted himself). While I was brushing my teeth in the office .. The receptionist looked after my young child .. Service and quality at the height .. I’m happy with the prices like an elephant .. Plus, the attitude is simply gorgeous to the client and very respectful .. Plus they are ready to help in any matter. ( choose a date and time convenient for me personally, etc.). This is what I understand the service .. Well done guys ..
