Very nice store with nice prices and staff! I live in another city, I always turn to them if I want to make someone a pleasant surprise in the form of a beautiful bouquet. The assortment is small, the flowers are not perfect freshness. But what is most striking is that in the 21st century, sellers of this store do not know what service and customer focus are. The husband decided to please with flowers. Ordered roses, pack in a certain way and cut it short, like a wedding bouquet. First, the seller began to get the oilcloth and ignore the requests to pack paper in Kraft, arguing that this is the last century (yes you what!). At the same time, no one asked for advice and my husband knows better how to pack flowers for me as a present. Then a wild trash began, the seller began to pack flowers without pruning, and when her husband made a remark and insisted on a request, she began to discuss with other customers saying "everyone loves more, but let him shorter. You can cut yourself as you like." And for this "design" people have to pay 35 UAH and above? In general, comrades .. Learn to serve customers, because your principles were outdated 30 years ago, when everything is standard and everything is like everyone else. And I advise you to pay attention to the trends of floristry at more reputable flower studios, in order to know what the last century is and what is not.
