Store norms. The staff leaves a terrible impression. No thank you, no please, no good day. One person in the store, helpful and friendly - the cashier. It is clear that the store does not feel the competition in the city, but this will not always be the case. Or managers - owners will solve this issue with a rude, indifferent staff, or surprise in the future, will be the absence of a buyer.

The scent in the store is like in a botanical garden - very pleasant, better than any perfume. A choice for every taste, there are decorative little things. Prices are different, there is a sale counter with flowers that are not of the first freshness (a twig, leaf is fading or broken).
I always buy flowers for congratulations, reasonable prices, beautiful bouquets.
The store is generally good. They can advise. But there are consultants who are very rude. I got nasty when I asked for help to choose a soil for a houseplant "Are you kidding me, you know how to read! So read what is written on the package!" This is the phrase I heard when I said "I'm sorry, please tell me which soil will be better for ...". As for me, it was ugly on the part of the seller.
