Quite nice place for the money... except, the personel could be nicer.

Quiet place not far from the city centre. Big and clean room. The hotel is placed on the 3d floor of the biulding, but no elevator.

Clean and comforatble hotel but rude and arrogant staff with absolutely poor customer service skills · The breakfast and cleanliness were at the highest level. My family really enjoyed staying in such clean and comforatble hotel. · My family's stay was spoiled by rude, arrogant and unprofessional staff who did not want to take payment by card rather than cash. When I attempted to complain about the service to their manager, his answer was "So why do you complain? What do you expect from the 4-star hotel?" By the end of our stay, the manager and his staff seemed to become more friendly and compassionate but the fact that they judge people by their appearance rather than treating everyone equally has spoiled our holiday.

Clean and spacious. Layout is quite strange - reception located on the third floor and breakfast room in the basement. Staff seemed to be a bit depressed and I cannot blame them - running up and down the stairs all day long...

Nice hotel clean and sheap with a very sympathic hostess. About food nothing to said just it is tasty and loock good
