Aptekar-Hrup

We needed 2 cans of Proteflazide (1 to us and the second to pass to elderly parents). Yesterday they found 1 can in this pharmacy, they tried to find the second in other pharmacies - they went around all the nearest ones, it is nowhere to be found. The next day, my husband decided to go back to this pharmacy to ask if they had delivered it yet. A woman, a pharmacy worker, started yelling at her husband saying “you were here yesterday that you were walking”, accusing him that he was “outbid” and with the words “don't come here anymore” kicked him out of the pharmacy !!! there is no limit to my indignation! A woman, on the basis of her unsubstantiated assumptions, kicked a man out of a healthcare institution !!! I look forward to comments from the pharmacy management regarding their relationship with customers.
